In light of the Government’s publication of the response to the AI Opportunities Action Plan and the pivotal role artificial intelligence is set to play in driving the Plan for Change, it is now more critical than ever for local authorities to define, document, and execute their own AI strategies. With the Government’s commitment to implementing the 50 recommendations outlined in the AI Opportunities Action Plan, coupled with significant investments to support these initiatives, local authorities must position themselves to effectively leverage these developments for the benefit of their communities.
